RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At WHY STYLE SIMPLE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging are intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging or tags

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or variant, you may submit an exchange request within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Depending on the situation, return shipping costs may be covered by WHY STYLE SIMPLE or the customer. Details will be shared during the return approval process.
